In the last six months, the company launched 1,113 units in Privana South, which got tremendous response from end users and investors and the company recorded a new sales booking of ₹7,200 crore in Q3 of FY24 from this project.
DLF already has over 116 acres of land in Sectors 76 and 77 in Gurugram and with the launch of Privana South and West, the company now has 78.4 acres of land in this vicinity.
It is noteworthy that the project size of the new launch is half the size of the earlier launch. However, the company offered these new 800 apartments at an increased price as compared to the project sold earlier in the region.
Experts say that the increase in pricing can be attributed to the early delivery provided by the company. However, experts are still weighing whether the market in that region has the capacity to absorb such pricing going forward
